Deletion: Opt-out via unsubscribe link in emails

Stored: IPs and login attempts
Retention: 90 days
Deletion: Auto-purged after 90 days

Delete Your Account: In profile settings
Edit/Delete Comments: Anytime via GTNM or Disqus
Unsubscribe from Newsletters: Via email footer links
Request Full Data Removal: Email gtnmnews@proton.me
Note: Security logs are retained for 90 days and cannot be manually deleted.
5. How GTNM Secures Retained Data
GTNM employs the following security measures:
SSL Encryption – Secures data in transit
Cloudflare Protection – DDoS protection and threat mitigation
Access Controls – Staff-only access to sensitive data
Automatic Purging – Data expired or inactive is deleted
While GTNM uses strong security practices, no system is 100% secure. Users are encouraged to follow personal data safety best practices.
